Avani Hotels and Resorts are in 15 countries around the world, primarily in Thailand , the Middle East and Africa. They needed help redefining and repositioning the brand to connect better with the guests they wanted to attract. They also needed control and clarity across the chain.

I oversaw the rebuilding of the entire experience. Starting with a creative strategy, then providing a new visual identity, tone of voice, advertising, packaging and full design guidelines so local markets could bring the new brand to life themselves.
